OptoVia Corp. subleased 9,944 square feet at 100 Nagog Park in Acton, MA. OptoVia signed a two-year lease to move into the space formerly occupied by Alcatel Internetworking. The property is a 195,000-square-foot, three-story, Class-B office building located off of Route 119 with Routes 495 and 2 being easily accessible. The building is situated in a beautifully landscaped environment close to local retail. Neil Schneider of McCall & Almy represented Alcatel in the transaction.
