Investment property sales in Boise, Idaho, continued to limp along, posting a quarter-over-quarter sales count decline of nearly 24% as of the second quarter-to-date in 2023. The overall sales volume totals just 343 deals, the first time the property sales count dipped below 400 since 2014, and the lowest mark since the third quarter of 2012.
