Graebel/St. Louis Movers completed a sale/leaseback for its facility at 3905 Ventures Way in Earth City, MO. William Herbert Graebel Trust sold the industrial property to St. Louis Gateway Investors LLC for an undisclosed price. Graebel/St. Louis Movers, the former true owner will continue as the tenant. A 22,524-square-foot addition was recently completed. This doubled the original size of the office and warehouse. Mark Zvibleman of Infinity Commercial Group represented the seller and the buyer and also represented both parties in the 7-year lease.
