Flex Building Sells to The River of Life Christian Church

The River of Life Christian Church purchased the 135,248-square-foot flex building located at 1177 Laurelwood Road in Santa Clara, CA. Total consideration for the deal was $16 million, or $119 per square foot. The property offers Highway 101 frontage and an expansive yard area. Tenny Tsai-Eng of BT Commercial represented The River of Life Christian Church. The team of Jim Castignani of Grubb & Ellis and Bob Steinbock of Insignia/ESG represented the seller, The Easley Family Trust.
