The Inforum Feels Lucky

Georgia Lottery Corp. renewed 122,000 square feet of space at the Inforum located at 250 Williams St. in downtown Atlanta for another 10 years. The Inforum is a 9-story, 986,761-square-foot, Class-A office building. Some building amenities include a conferencing facility, an exercise facility, a 450-seat capacity business theatre, a newsstand and sundry shops, on-site cafeteria with patio seating, an ATM, and lobby and atrium area that can accommodate functions of up to 3,000 people. Walter Fish of Cousins Properties Inc. represented the building owner in-house. Sam Holmes and John Shlesinger of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented Georgia Lottery Corp.
