The Wholesale Tire Division of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is relocating from its space at 15th and Walnut Street in Kansas City, MO to 1909 Vernon St. in North Kansas City, MO. Located in the Paseo district, the 28,077-square-foot industrial warehouse was built in 1965 with an 18' ceiling height, 600 amps of electricity and 30' column spacing. The space doubles the size of Goodyear's wholesale tire operations in the Kansas City area. David Zimmer of The Zimmer Companies represented the tenant and owner, Vernon Land Co., in the lease.
