Cornish College Purchases Lenora Square

Cornish College of Arts purchased Lenora Square, a seven-story, 118,685-square-foot office building located at 2109 9th Ave. in Seattle. The purchase price was $25 million, though the college paid only $18 million, thanks to a $7 million gift to its relocation fund from the landowners of Lenora Square. The contribution was one of the two largest received for the fund.
