GMS Realty LLC purchased the 142,663-square-foot Mira Mesa Shopping Center located at 8915-9035 Mira Mesa Blvd. in San Diego. Spa Holdings LLC sold the Seafood City anchored center for $17 million, or $119 per square foot. The shopping center was constructed in 1972 and remodeled in 1992. The property sits on a 13-acre parcel and features such credit tenants as Hollywood Video and Rite Aid. Pete Bethea of Burnham Real Estate Services represented both the buyer and the seller.
