Kramer & Frank, one of the largest collection law firms in Missouri, signed a lease for 26,057 square feet at 9300 Dielman Industrial Drive in Olivette, MO. April 1, 2003 is the scheduled move-in date for the new tenant, whose lease will span for 10 years and 6 months. Mark Zvibleman of Infinity Commercial Group represented Kramer & Frank. Gary Mestman of Rothschild Realty represented The owner, West Manor Inc. According to Zvibleman, the property will be converted into law offices and a collection center in a build-out to suit Kramer & Frank's needs. The transaction was valued at more than $4 million.
