El Monte City School District purchased the industrial building at 3242 Meeker Ave. The 31,671-square-foot warehouse in El Monte, CA sold for $1.4 million, more than $44 per square foot. The property will undergo extensive renovations in order to be used as a food production facility by the school district. Ernesto Villegas of Villegas Realty represented the buyer, El Monte City School District. Lyn Eisenhower of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Pentair Pool Products.
