Silicon Laboratories Inc. renewed its 33,303-square-foot headquarters lease on the second floor at Lantana 2, and has also signed for an additional 25,000 square feet next door at Lantana 1 in Southwest Austin. The two-story Lantana office buildings at 7000 West William Cannon Drive, total more than 133,000 square feet, and are part of a two million square-foot master-planned community that includes retail and single, multi-family and executive housing. Nestled in a Hill Country campus setting, the buildings offer highly efficient floor plates and abundant parking. There are two other 200,000-square-foot buildings also currently proposed for the Lantana site.
