It has an above-standard build-out with high-grade wood paneling, loft office space and exposed wood beam ceilings. The building was the former home of an entertainment company. Happy Property LLC sold the building to Santa Monica Campus LP, who will be an owner/user. Steven Gelber of Gelber Realty and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency represented the buyer. Brad Gross of Equis Corp. represented the seller.
