Intel Corp. leased 19,155 square feet of office/R&D space in the Ridge Pointe Building in Bellevue, WA. On December 1st, the firm will occupy the new facility, which is located at 2700 NE 156th Ave. and vacate its current U.S. Bank Centre location. Scott Carter of Pacific Real Estate Partners represented the new tenant. "Ridge Pointe places Intel in close proximity to Microsoft," said Carter. He added that the building's efficient floor plates also played a role in his client's decision to rent there. Ridge Pointe is a 55,000-square-foot, Class-A building. Kip Durrell, JJ Shephard, and Bill Pollard of Pacific Real Estate Partners represented the owner, Metzler.
