Jet Corr II, a manufacturing and distribution company, renewed its lease at 1005 Sigman Road in Conyers, GA. It will continue to occupy the entire one-story, 127,338-square-foot industrial building. The building contains 22 levelators, 22 loading docks, a 22' ceiling height, and one drive-in bay. First Industrial Realty Trust owns the fully leased building, which is located near many banks, hotels, restaurants, as well as I-20. Peter Everett provided in-house representation for the landlord in this deal, while Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
