Indigo Acquisitions LLC, a company formed by Pasadena, CA-based Mac West Capital, purchased the Indigo Springs apartments located at 1464 South Stapley Drive in Mesa, AZ. The 240-unit, 222,870-square-foot multifamily property sold for $18.5 million, more than $77,080 per unit. The complex offers 90 one-bedroom/one-bath, 120 two-bedroom/two-bath, and 30 three-bedroom/two-bath units for lease. It also features a clubhouse, gym, two pools, and secured parking.
