Professional Satellite leased the entire flex building located at 5590 Morehouse Drive in San Diego, CA. The total value for the 3-year deal was roughly $2.2 million, or approximately $1.14 per square foot for the 54,074-square-foot building. The tenant is the leading distributor of digital satellite system, which powers DirecTV systems. It will be consolidating many of its San Diego locations to the new building. Glen Volk and Randy LaChance of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Eric Northbrook, Brian Driscoll, and Chad Urie of Colliers International represented the landlord, Arden Realty Inc.
