No More Leasing for Miami-Dade County

Courthouse Is Now Owned By the County

Miami-Dade County now owns the 20,366-square-foot Coral Cables Courthouse located at 100 Ponce de Leon Blvd. The transaction totaled $6.217 million, or $305.29 per square foot for the structure and $121.40 per square foot for the land. The county previously rented the courthouse from the seller, 3100 Ponce Ltd., who owned the building since 1984. Edie Laquer from Laquer Corporate Realty Group represented the seller in this transaction.
