The Rubinoff Co., a Pittsburgh developer, announced that Alcoa Inc. signed a lease for an additional 43,000 square feet at the new Alcoa Business Services Center being constructed on Pittsburgh’s North Shore at 30 Isabella St. Alcoa will occupy the third through sixth floors, bringing the total Alcoa square footage commitment to nearly 158,000 square feet. The second floor remains available for office leasing. And available on the 1st floor are retail bays suitable for 8,000-square-foot restaurants and 1,500-square-foot service retailers. The Alcoa building, which remains on schedule for completion in January of 2003, is one of the most recent improvements to Pittsburgh’s revitalized North Shore.
