Grand Theft Auto came to Broadway when makers of the enormously popular video game, Take-Two Interactive, leased 48,000 square feet in Midtown. The company will occupy the entire 4th, 5th and 6th floors, making the building at 622 Broadway its new corporate headquarters. With two companies vying for the same space, in the end Take-Two came out as number one where the landlord was concerned. The 10-year lease and a price tag cemented the deal.
