Cushman & Wakefield has tapped Jordan Wean to serve as a director in its land advisory group and help grow the business.
In his new role, Wean will work with multifamily developers and land investors throughout the state, and work alongside the company’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, led by Nick Meoli, Mike Donaldson and Joey Blakely. He is based in Orlando, Florida.
Wean’s addition “is integral to our broader growth plans in serving land and multifamily clients in a complex but thriving market,” said Andrew Slowik, managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida land advisory team and co-chair of its National Land Advisory Group.
“Our strategic investments in capital markets and, specifically, in our land team best position Cushman & Wakefield to provide unparalleled service and solutions for multifamily and investor clients as Florida continues to grow and require additional multifamily supply,” said Wanda Riley, Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida managing principal, in the release.
Wean previously served as director of leasing and business development for Denholtz, where he oversaw market investment strategy and leasing for its Southeast commercial portfolio. The group is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm based in Red Bank, New Jersey.
