The strip center was developed in 1991 and encompasses 71,652 rentable square feet on a 4.35-acre parcel. The center’s tenant roster includes Taco Bell, State Farm Insurance, Firestone Tires, Church on the Rock, Primerica Financial, SNJ Liquor and EZ Lube. At the time of the sale, the property was 90% occupied.
