ProStar Submerges In Kansas City Space

Publications Company Signs New Lease

The 22,000-square-foot building at 600 East 16th Ave. in North Kansas City, MO said goodbye to G.R. Interiors, and hello to ProStar Publications. The industrial warehouse has been standing since 1949. The entire space will now be used as ProStar's distribution center for various publications relating to the commercial marine industry. The company also produces numerous how-to manuals for recreational industries. Mike Seymour of RE/MAX Kansas City represented ProStar. Mark Long and David Zimmer of The Zimmer Companies represented the landlord, Lenexa Industrial Park. ProStar has been given the option to purchase the building.
