The two 8-story office buildings are each 285,000 square feet, totaling 570,000 square feet. Northrup Grumman Information Technology Inc., which has occupied 7575 Colshire Drive since November 2001, originally planned to occupy both buildings but then only needed one. The building at 7555 Colshire Drive is currently vacant and on the sublease market. Larry Baucom and Gary Barth of the Greenwich Group represented West*Group, while 7555 7575 Colshire LLC represented itself.
