Known as the KOCH Building, it is a 10-story, 355,890-square-foot, class-A office building situated in a prime area of town. Greenway Plaza is a master-planned, mixed-use development that includes office towers, a luxury hotel, sports arena, private tennis and health club, apartment towers, an underground retail shopping concourse and a wholesale contract furnishings mart.
