IRI Golf Management LP purchased the Raven Golf Club located at 9777 East Sabino Greens Drive in Tucson, AZ. The course sold for $7.55 million. The property includes an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, 5,919-square-foot maintenance building, driving range, and a par-71, 6,776-yard golf course. The Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed course meanders along the Catalina Foothills and offers panoramic mountain views and forests of saguaro cacti.
