$8.1 Million Acquisition

Financing For Govalle Shopping Center

The Dallas office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged $8.1 million in financing for the acquisition of Govalle Shopping Center, an 86,276-square-foot shopping center in Austin. Mona Keeter Carlton, senior director of the Dallas office, arranged the ten-year, fixed rate, acquisition financing for Endeavor Real Estate Group through Bank of America. The Govalle Shopping Center was built in 1977 and is anchored by HEB. It is located at the southwest corner of East 7th Street and Pleasant Valley Road North in central Austin, Texas. This property is presently 100% leased and includes such tenants as Auto Zone, Family Dollar, Zerphey Rental and the City of Austin.
