Mercury Plaza located at 5600 Mercury Drive in Dearborn, MI sold for $10 million to Mercury Plaza SC LLC. The company based in Southfield, MI purchased the building for $155 per square foot. Mercury Plaza is located at the intersection of Mercury Drive and Ford Road in the heart of the Dearborn retail corridor. The asset was developed in 1997 and has been maintained in premium condition. The total rentable area encompasses 64,574 square feet on an 8.06-acre parcel. The center's tenant roster is comprised of mostly national credit tenants, including Blinds To Go, Circuit City Stores, PETsMART and Einstein Brothers Bagels. At the time of the sale, the center was 100 percent occupied.
