Palm Springs Resort Closes Escrow In REO Sale

Raad Kouza purchased Tuscany Manor in Palm Springs in an REO sale. The 18,400-square-foot resort sold for $1 million, just over $54 per square foot. Located at 350 Chino Canyon Drive, the Tuscany Manor resort features 25 rooms with 23 rentable suites, all of which are either one or two bedroom suites. The property was built in 1956 and renovated in 1996 with new fixtures and solid wood furniture. Gordon Allred and Teina Tahauri with Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and the seller, Valley Independent Bank.
