The Bahamas Arrives In Plantation

Cornerstone One Crimson Corporate Services LLC and Patrinely Group LLC announced three new tenants. The Bahamas Tourist Office, Resort Marketing Inc. and Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board moved in at 1200 South Pine Island of the Cornerstone Corporate Center in Plantation, FL. All three signed six year leases on the seventh floor for a total of 18,510 square feet. Stuart Downey and Dennis Tarro of Crimson Corporate Services LLC represented the building's owner, The Patrinely Group. Bob Gould of Re/Max Partners represented the tenants. The Bahamas entities relocated from the Aventura area.
