College Foundation Spits Out Funds

College Foundation of North Carolina purchased two buildings in the Highwoods Office Park; the Amica and Arrowwood buildings located in Raleigh, NC. The Amica Building at 3120 Poplarwood Court is a one-story 20,708-square-foot, class-B office building built in 1983. The Arrowwood building is 58,783 square feet, located at 2917 Highwoods Blvd. It is a 2-story, class-B office building built in 1979. College Foundation of North Carolina is a non-profit partnership between Pathways of North Carolina, College Foundation Inc., and the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority. These organizations assist students in preparing for college through career exploration, academic planning and finding financial aid alternatives. J.
