Ronald Cohen Investments leased 15,000 square feet at 2701 Tower Oaks Blvd. in Rockville, MD. Ronald Cohen Investments will be occupying the entire 2nd floor at Oak Plaza. Ronald Cohen Investments plans to move in December 2002. The site is a 3-story, 30,000-square-foot office building located in the heart of Rockville. Howard Brown of Realty Capital Partners represented the landlord in the deal. Craig Cohen of Congressional Realty Group represented the tenant. On an interesting note, Howard Brown leased Ronald Cohen Investments current space at the Bedford Building in Bethesda 20 years ago.
