1120 19th & 1990 M Sold For $48.13 Million

AEW Capital Management, on behalf of Lucent Technologies Inc., Master Pension Trust, purchased 1120 19th St., NW and 1990 M St., NW in Washington, DC for $48.13 million or $223.99 per square foot. 1120 19th St., NW, also known as the Wheeler Building, is a 109,886-square-foot class-B office building. The Wheeler Building is 96% leased by tenants including Population Services International, Mid-Atlantic Health and Washington Occupational Health. 1990 M St., NW, is a 104,967-square-foot class-B office building. This property is 98% leased by tenants such as Connolly, Bove, Lodge, Public Affairs Group, Washington Management Group, Vidalia Restaurant, and Washington Sports. AEW was represented in-house. Gerry Trainor and Donald McCully of Transwestern Investment Services Group represented the seller, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc.
