The Wheeler Building is 96% leased by tenants including Population Services International, Mid-Atlantic Health and Washington Occupational Health. 1990 M St., NW, is a 104,967-square-foot class-B office building. This property is 98% leased by tenants such as Connolly, Bove, Lodge, Public Affairs Group, Washington Management Group, Vidalia Restaurant, and Washington Sports. AEW was represented in-house.
