Softbank Inc. Subleases Its Penthouse Space

The Beanstalk Group Inc. moved its headquarters to 63 Madison Ave. The company took over Softbank Inc.'s 34,000-square-foot office on the penthouse level. The Group is moving out from 950 Third Avenue where it leases about 11,000 square feet. Founded in 1991, The Beanstalk Group is a full-service licensing agency and consultancy headquartered in New York City. Ford Motor Company owns The Group, which also has an office in London. Howard Simson and Alex Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield represented Beanstalk Group. Jason Pollen, Michael Burgio and Daniel Zimbaro of Cushman & Wakefield represented Softbank.
