Megumi School, a Japanese preschool, signed to occupy the 9,021-square-foot office building at 2750 Northup Way NE in Bellevue. The building was marketed as an office or medical space, but is well suited for use as a daycare/preschool facility. It was already Washington State approved for 122 children, and included two private offices, a commercial kitchen, laundry room and 11 classrooms. Each classroom has direct access to outside play areas, and the children's restrooms are located across from the classrooms. The building also provides ample surface parking for its employees and teachers. The Megumi School plans to occupy the building immediately. Linda Tsui of Allan Dennis Inc. represented Megumi School. Scott Davis and Erik Vilinskas represented the owner, Sherron Associates.
