Hyundai Backs Into Sylvan Way

300 Sylvan Way Sold For $5.5 Million In Sale/Leaseback

In a partial sale/leaseback transaction, Hyundai Corp. (USA) sold the 30,685-square-foot office building at 300 Sylvan Way in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, to an undisclosed buyer. The building experienced quite a bit of activity with multiple legitimate bids being placed on the table. The final purchase price was $5.5 million, approximately $179 per square foot. Hyundai will remain in the building occupying one floor. Thomas Reilly and Jason Fray of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
