Orangefail Marketplace Buys Retail Center For $31.5 Million

Orangefair Marketplace LLC, and affiliate of Columbus Pacific Properties, has purchased the Fullerton retail center on the South East corner of Harbor Blvd. and Orangethrope Ave. Total consideration for the deal is $31.5 million, or $89.30 per square foot. The 352,7200-square-foot center encompasses tenants such as Burlington Coat Factory, Marshalls and Circuit City. The retail center was 90% leased at the time of sale. The team of David Norcott and Bryan Norcott of Colliers Seeley along with Howard Mann of JLM Realty represented both the buyer and the seller, Orangefair Co. LLC of Beverly Hills.
