Global Outsourcing Firm Leases Flex Space

Jumpsource, an international company providing outsourcing for custom-manufactured metal and plastic parts, leased 14,000 square feet at 10 Technology Drive in Peabody, MA. In Centennial Industrial Park off Route 128, the 51,000-square-foot flex building features six loading docks, heavy power, and 9-foot to 16-foot ceilings. In addition, the building has a new roof and all new mechanicals. Jumpsource will be moving into renovated space within the building with two docks. The company's main offices are currently in Danvers, MA. Peter Benke of Hunneman Commercial Co. represented the landlord, Salah & Pecci Leasing Co., in the deal. Kevin Malloy of Peter Elliot LLC represented Jumpsource.
