Ahmad and Nepton Mashayekan purchased the El Pollo Loco building at 6121 Mission Gorge Road and the Discount Tire building next door at 6131 Mission Gorge Road in San Diego, CA, for $2.02 million. The buyer paid approximately $240 per square foot for the two retail properties. The El Pollo Loco building is approximately 2,095 square feet and the Discount property is approximately 6,350 square feet. The buyer approached the seller directly. Nick Alford of Flocke & Avoyer represented the buyer. The seller, the Wick Family Properties LLC, did not have representation. Additional sellers were Julius S. and Bonnie D. Paeske.
