Two homebuilders have committed to building 1,200 new houses as part of a master-planned development in Bastrop, Texas, a growing Austin suburb. Developer West Bastrop Village’s larger project features 125,000 square feet of planned commercial space, 4 miles of trails and 50 acres of green space.
