UK property developer Muse has grown its team in the North West with three hires, adding decades of regeneration experience.

Natalie Kennedy was hired as a senior project manager in October. Over a 17-year career, she has helped deliver nationally significant regeneration projects, working in partnership with the public and private sector on schemes exceeding £500 million in value. This includes working on behalf of Alliance Manchester Business School, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and No 1 Old Trafford, supporting the delivery of thousands of new homes, retail, and commercial space across the north.

Joel Chandler joins as senior development manager from Genr8 Developments. He brings 10 years’ experience to Muse and supported the delivery of the £250 million Smithfield regeneration scheme in Stoke-on-Trent, a major town centre regeneration project.

Sarah Chicken is the third addition. She comes in as development manager, having spent time at Knight Frank, Gerald Eve, and Tritax Symmetry. In her time at Tritax, she supported the delivery of Symmetry Park, a 1 million-square-foot industrial park.

Muse’s North West team was recently chosen by Oldham Council to deliver a mixed-use neighbourhood with up to 2,000 new homes, and by Stockport Metropolitan District Council to create a new walkable neighbourhood, Stockport 8, with over 1,200 new homes, retail, leisure, and office space.

Phil Marsden, managing director at Muse North West, said in a statement: “Natalie, Joel, and Sarah arrive at Muse with an incredible breadth and depth of regeneration experience. Their skills and insight will be critical as we deliver on our strong development pipeline."
