Torrance Office Building Sells For $6 Million

Vivendi Universal Games sold its west-coast headquarters at 19840 Pioneer Ave. in Torrance, CA, to move to the Howard Hughes Center in Los Angeles' South Bay. Vivendi Universal Games, formerly Havas Interactive, sold the 68,000-square-foot office building to Garden Breeze Apartments. Although a total consideration could not be disclosed, it is said to be near the asking price of $6 million. Garden Breeze Apartments will lease the offices, and is considering some building renovation. Christian Riegel, David Toomey, and Brian Davies of CRESA Partners represented Vivendi Universal Games. Randy Matusoff of Daum Commercial represented Garden Breeze in the transaction.
