Vivendi Universal Games sold its west-coast headquarters at 19840 Pioneer Ave. in Torrance, CA, to move to the Howard Hughes Center in Los Angeles' South Bay. Vivendi Universal Games, formerly Havas Interactive, sold the 68,000-square-foot office building to Garden Breeze Apartments. Although a total consideration could not be disclosed, it is said to be near the asking price of $6 million.
