Headquartered in Baltimore, Allfirst provides a full range of financial services including banking, trust, investment and insurance to retail, business and commercial customers. 1350 Eye St NW is a 342,014-square-foot, class-A office building located in the heart of East End. S. Bruce Pascal and Christopher Campagna of Insignia/ESG, Inc. represented the sub landlord in the deal and Thomas Rossi also of Insignia/ESF represented Allfirst.
