The Don M. Casto Organization, a full-service real estate company, signed a lease at 274 Marconi Boulevard, One Marconi Place, in Columbus. The real estate company, which plans to move-in August first, will be subleasing all of the fourth floor and part of the third until May 2004. After the sublease expires the company has already agreed to lease the space directly from the landlord for the following seven years. The Don M. Casto Organization will occupy a total of 20,589 square feet of this 68,332-square-foot office building. One Marconi Place is located in the Arena District, just one block from Nationwide Arena. Currently, the company occupies all of 209 East State Street in Columbus, approximately 22,000 square feet.
