Coming to Port at the Wharfside

New Sublease at 185 Berry St

Intagio, a stock market trading company, signed a sublease at the Wharfside Building located at 185 Berry St. in San Francisco, CA. The company is expanding to an additional 10,617 square feet of office space on the 2nd floor of the 6-story, 500,000-square-foot building. Intagio, which also currently occupies space in the Garfield Building located at 942 Market St., signed a 5.3-year term, the balance of the master lease held by Caleyx & Corolla. Dave '185' Berry of Whitney Cressman Limited in San Francisco represented the sublessee, Intagio. Shap Roder and Bart O'Connor of CB Richard Ellis in San Francisco represented the sublessor, Caleyx & Corolla, in the transaction.
