Graphic Design Company Buys Historic Landmarks

Local graphic design company, Jolly Design Inc. bought two historic landmark office buildings totaling 2,900 square feet in the 1700 block of Nueces Street. The company plans to move into the larger 1,800-square-foot Steussey-Skinner House at 1701 Nueces on June 30, and expects to hire two more employees. The second 1,100-square-foot building at 1705 Nueces is currently leased and occupied by a video reproduction company.
