Erlanger Distribution/Essex Manufacturing, a wholesale distributor to department stores, signed a lease for an additional 19,200 square feet at 600 Palmyrita in Riverside. Erlanger already occupies approximately 35,000 square feet in the now fully leased industrial space. Erlanger signed a 4-year deal with a total consideration of $380,000 and has already moved into the new space. James Koenig and David Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Riverside Commercial Investors. Ian DeVries, also with CB Richard Ellis, represented Erlanger.
