JEMB Realty increased its tenant roll at 75 Broad Street with the addition of Access Integrated Technologies Inc. (AccessIT). The carrier-neutral Internet data center signed a deal for 20,000 square feet on 19th and 28th floors. Raymond Chalme and Joseph Jerome, principal of JEMB Realty, the owner and manager of the building, brokered in-house on both sides of the 10-year deal.
