US hotel hires and promotions: PM Hotel Group hires SVP of development

Cesaitis has been promoted to vice president of sales at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group. Since joining Lodging Dynamics in 2025, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s sales organization with a clear focus on performance, accountability and owner returns.

Cummings has been appointed senior vice president of operations for Loews Hotels & Co's hotel portfolio at Universal Orlando Resort. Most recently, he served as the complex managing director for Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center and Live! By Loews in Arlington, Texas.

Dykeman has been appointed as senior vice president of equity investments at Driftwood Capital. He joins from The Witkoff Group, where as senior vice president, acquisitions and capital markets, he led site selection, capital raising and business planning for the firm's Shell Bay residential and hotel brand across $10 billion of global master-planned deals.

Herzberg has been appointed as senior vice president of development at PM Hotel Group. She joins PM Hotel Group's growth and development team from Mint House, where she helped build and scale the company's development platform to more than 30 upper-upscale hotels across 25-plus U.S. markets, an effort that culminated in a successful sale of the company.

Resnick has been appointed as co-chief investment officer at Driftwood Capital. Resnick joins from 13th Floor Investments, where as chief investment officer he led more than $850 million of capitalized projects and helped grow the firm's pipeline to more than 7,500 units and roughly $5.5 billion in capitalization across residential development, income-producing assets, and alternative sectors.

Steiner has been promoted to co-chief investment officer at Driftwood Capital. Since joining Driftwood in 2020, Steiner co-founded the firm's credit platform and led credit fund I's participation as a co-lender in approximately $2.3 billion in aggregate credit transaction through October 2025.

Berman has been appointed as general manager of the Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, Maryland. Berman joins Inn at Perry Cabin from Eleven Deplar Farm in Iceland, where he led one of the world’s most exclusive adventure lodges.

Cantrell has been appointed general manager of the dual-branded AC Hotel Dallas Uptown and Moxy Dallas Uptown. He spent more than a decade with Crestline Hotels & Resorts, advancing through multiple leadership roles and ultimately serving as Austin area general manager.

Eldardiry has been appointed as general manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead. He joins the hotel from Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air and Homewood Suites by Hilton Bel Air, where he previously held the role of complex general manager.

Lurie has been appointed as general manager of Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo, Curio Collection by Hilton in Florida. Most recently, he served as general manager of Hotel Amarano in Burbank, where he was brought in to lead the property through a significant operational turnaround.

Ramani has been appointed as general manager of the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa in California. Most recently, Ramani served as area general manager of Hyatt Regency Irvine and Hyatt House Irvine, where he led the hotel's $55 million transformation and repositioning.

Rivera has been appointed as general manager of the Magnolia Hotel Omaha in Nebraska. Prior to joining Magnolia Hotel Omaha, Rivera served as director of operations at The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton and The Westin at The Woodlands, and he has held previous general manager and hotel manager roles in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

Dominguez has been appointed as director of sales and marketing at Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. He most recently served as director of sales and marketing at Outbound Sedona, where he developed the go-to-market strategy for the newly branded resort and established partnerships with local government, tourism and business organizations.

Tyndall has been appointed as director of sales at the dual-branded AC Hotel Dallas Uptown and Moxy Dallas Uptown. Tyndall brings more than 14 years of hospitality experience to his role as director of sales, having held sales leadership positions with Wyndham Hotels, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Aimbridge Hospitality, Bentley Legacy Management and Canopy Dallas Uptown.

Hutchinson has been appointed as executive chef of Ember & Rye at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, Golf Club & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Following a move to San Diego, Hutchinson served as executive chef of Huntress and later led Lumi Rooftop, a Nikkei-inspired concept developed alongside chef Akira Back.

Patin has been appointed as director of food and beverage at The Journeyman Hotel in Milwaukee. With more than two decades of hospitality experience spanning Chicago, Nashville and Milwaukee, Patin brings a unique balance of back-of-house craftsmanship and multi-unit business leadership.

Razon has been appointed as director of food and beverage at the Nobu Hotel Palo Alto in California. Most recently, he served as director of food and beverage at San Francisco's Beacon Grand, following his role as director of outlets at the Fairmont San Francisco.

Rocha has been appointed as director of food and beverage at the Magnolia Hotel Omaha in Nebraska. Prior to re-joining the Magnolia Hotel Omaha team, Rocha owned and operated Stadium 34 Sports Bar & Grill in Red Oak, Iowa.

Roy has been appointed as executive chef at the Nobu Hotel Palo Alto in California. Prior to his time at Nobu Hotel Palo Alto, Roy served as executive chef at Marriott Hotels in Fremont, California.

Traugutt has been appointed as specialty chef at Jack Dusty and Rufa at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota in Florida. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, Traugutt held culinary leadership positions throughout Florida, including chef-proprietor of Sarasota’s Fork & Hen, as well as roles with Streamsong Resort, Founders Golf Club and The Shore Restaurant Group.

Bessis has been appointed as managing director of the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas Paradise Valley in Arizona. Prior to joining Kimpton Miralina, Bessis served as vice president of operations with Rentyl Resorts with a portfolio of assets including resorts, theme park and restaurants.

Schmitz has been appointed as managing director of The Standard, High Line in New York City's Meatpacking District. He joins The Standard, High Line following his role as general manager of Sofitel New York, where he oversaw the hotel’s comprehensive renovation of its 398 guest rooms and public spaces, while leading a renewed focus on the guest experience.
