Architectural Firm Moves Downtown Office

Shiffer Burdick Litchfield Magnuson (SBLM) Architects leased the entire 15,000-square-foot second floor of 151 W 26th Street. The firm signed a long-term lease and is moving its facilities from SoHo to Midtown South. The 12-story, 180,000-square-foot property features a concierge and tenant-controlled A/C. Louis Prisco, Managing Director, at GVA Williams Real Estate Co. Inc. represented the landlord, Abner Properties Company. Philip Proetto, Director, at GVA Williams Real Estate Co. Inc. represented SBLM.
