Radom Capital, the developer that sold Heights Mercantile in an off-market deal last year, has announced the first wave of tenants for its newest Houston venture, M-K-T, a 200,000-square-foot redevelopment of five buildings in the Heights next to the Heights Hike and Bike Trail.
